How can I place my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@zurli-socken.ch or by phone at 032 618 08 80.

I have not received an order confirmation.

Please also check the spam folder of your mailbox.

How do I find out the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order at any time in your user account on zurli-socken.ch.

Shipment

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for purchases over CHF 75.-.

For a lower amount, the shipping costs are CHF 7.90.

Do you offer international shipping options?

No. We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

How long does shipping take?

The ordered items will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days or on a desired delivery date (please specify in the comments).

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. To do this, enter the address to which the delivery should be made under Delivery address.

How will my shipment be shipped?

We send our packages with the Swiss Post.

What do I do if my order was damaged during shipping?

According to OR 185 §B, the benefit and risk of the ordered goods are transferred to the buyer after they have been dispatched, i.e. as soon as the goods are handed over to the post office or another delivery service for dispatch, the customer bears the transport risk. The customer must therefore make complaints due to transport damage directly to the post office or the freight forwarder within the time limit provided for this purpose (according to OR).

At zurli-socken.ch we accept the following payment methods:

How does payment by invoice work?

Invoices are managed by MF Group Factoring SA. After placing an order on zurli-socken.ch and choosing invoice as your payment method, you will receive your invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

My credit card payment didn't work. What should I do?

Since we have no influence on external payment service providers, please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.

Where can I enter a voucher code?

After checking your shopping cart, you will be taken to the checkout. You can enter your voucher code under the "Discount code" item.

Return and Exchange

Which items can be exchanged or returned?

You can exchange all products. Only underwear items are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons.

Within what time period can I exchange or return a product?

You have 10 calendar days from receipt of your order to exchange or return an item.

What are the conditions for an exchange or return?

The products must be returned in their original packaging. Damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted for return. The customer will be charged for these in full. Underwear items cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

How do I proceed with an exchange?

Please contact us by email at info@zurli-socken.ch or by phone at 032 618 08 80 and provide the details of your order and the item you require.

What do I do if I received a defective or incorrect product?

Defects and incorrect deliveries must be reported and returned in writing or by telephone within 10 calendar days of receipt of the goods. The products must be returned in their original packaging.
